When you have logged into the client area, you will immediately be redirected to your dashboard. If you then scroll down the page on the right hand side under your active products/services you will see the firewall unblocker.

When you click on the check my ip button you will be redirected to a page which not only automatically checks you current location but also allows you to search for an ip address as well. If it is blocked it will indicate that it is providing you with the option to unblock it.

To find your public IP address please go to https://www.whatsmyip.org and then search it on the system. You will only need to do the above if you cannot access your website or email and you think the firewall may have blocked you. Please save this email somewhere safe to be able to refer back to.
