Once you have logged into the client area you can check if the IP address you are accessing the client area on is blocked by going to Services (Navigation on the left) and then clicking on Central Firewall Portal.

This will start checking your IP address and if you have been blocked or not it will check all hosting accounts linked to your server. If you would like to search for a different IP address, please go to Services then My Services (Top Navigation) it will list all your accounts. On the right-hand side, it will say Active (please only select active accounts) next to your hosting account click on it.  Once you have clicked on it scroll halfway down the page until you see Firewall Connection Checker. Then click on Search Client IP and input the IP address you would like to search to see if it is blocked if it is it will give you the option to unblock it.

To find your public IP address please go to https://www.whatsmyip.org and then search it on the system. You will only need to do the above if you cannot access your website or email and you think the firewall may have blocked you. Please save this email somewhere safe to be able to refer back to.
